YDQ Series AC DC Withstand Voltage Tester

YDQ series AC DC Withstand Voltage Tester is composed of a SF6 gas-insulated test transformer and a power controller. It is suitable for power system industrial and mining enterprises scientific research departments etc. to conduct insulation strength test under power frequency or DC high voltage on various high voltage electrical equipment electrical components and insulating materials. The product has the characteristics of small size light weight not affected by climate change small corona no on-site handling static use long service life and maintenance-free.
YDQ series SF6 gas-typed test transformer is designed and manufactured on the base of oil-filled testing transformer and the standard of "testing transformer”. SF6 gas has better electrical insulation properties and excellent arc-extinguishing properties its breakdown voltage strength is 2.5 times of nitrogen under the same pressure gas the breakdown voltage is 2.5 times of air. Under the pressure of 0.25MPa the breakdown voltage is equal to oil under the 0.45MPa the breakdown voltage is 2 times better than oil it is a new generation of ultra-high voltage insulted material. The technical requirements of YDQ series gas testing transformer is in full compliance with "ZBK-41006-89" standard which is light and small and also an upgrade product for oil-immersed testing transformer.
