NRJC-J Insulating Oil Dielectric Strength Tester Calibrator

The insulating oil dielectric strength tester calibrator is a professional instrument designed for the measurement and calibration of insulating oil dielectric strength tester in electric power test and measurement Institute. The instrument can calibrate the performance parameters such as breakdown voltage boost rate and waveform distortion of insulating oil dielectric strength tester and automatically give the test result report. The device takes the voltage at the moment of breakdown of the insulating oil dielectric strength tester as the detection basis and calculates the error of the instrument. Compared with the previous steady-state calibration method it is more intuitive accurate and effective.

Product Characteristics

(1) Adopt the active breakdown mode construct the breakdown condition at the specified point and detect the breakdown voltage reading error of the tested object;
(2) Real-time display of the output voltage waveform of the tested product and record the voltage waveform diagram of the test product at the moment of breakdown which can easily analyze the cut-off time of the tested product;
(3) Sample 2 channels of high voltage signals and detect the high voltage signals of the two high voltage arms of the insulating oil dielectric strength tester at the same time;
(4) The instrument can automatically generate word format test report;
(5) Automatically save the test environment settings and instrument settings of various tests;
(6) Automatically calculate the test parameters of various tests;
(7) Draw test curves in real time and provide a variety of curve analysis tools so that users can perform arbitrary zoom and positioning operations on the curve.
