NR506 AC impedance tester for generator rotor is a special instrument for judging whether the generator rotor winding has an inter-turn short circuit. It can measure the voltage current impedance power and other parameters of the rotor winding.
 
2. Functions and characteristics
 

(1) Automatic (manual) acquisition measurement display store and print all measuring parameters and the AC impedance characteristic curve;
(2)  Real-time display of measured data and AC impedance characteristic curve easy to store and print;
(3)  Using 320 × 240 large-screen LCD display English menu prompts easy to operate;
(4)  Built in large capacity non-volatile memory: can store 200 sets of measurement data and curves;
(5) Built in high precision real-time clock function: can calibrate date and time;

(6)  Built in high-speed micro thermal printer: can print measuring and historical data;
(7)  Can test the no-load and short circuit of single-phase transformer and also can make volt ampere characteristic test of PT (CT) and arc suppression coil.
(8)  With a perfect over-voltage over-current protection function and the over-voltage and over-current protection value can be adjusted automatically according to the setting of test parameters not only simple but also ensures the safety of the tested equipment.
