NRYM Conductivity Salt Density Tester

NRYM Conductivity Salt Density Tester also known as direct-reading equivalent salt density tester (salt density meter) is specially designed for testing the equivalent salt density of insulators. The system has a built-in insulator equivalent salt density calculation formula and the reading is intuitive. Using the English menu the operation is simple. The instrument is equipped with a micro printer to facilitate data storage and comparison. Large screen LCD display all parameters and results are clear. Built in high-capacity lithium battery convenient for field test.

Product characteristics

(1) Direct reading type which directly displays the salt density on the insulator surface and the conductivity and automatically judges the pollution level without calculation.
(2) Imported standard platinum electrodes are used and the data is stable and reliable.
(3) Large measuring range. The salt density measurement range is from 0.0001µg/cm² to 9.9999mg/cm².
(4) The instrument is equipped with a micro printer to record the results accurately truly and effectively on site.
(5) The instrument has a built-in large-capacity rechargeable battery with a power display function. It will automatically shut down when undervoltage which is convenient for field use.
(6) With automatic temperature compensation function. The solution conductivity value is automatically compensated to the value taken at 20°C and it can also be compensated to the temperature we need and no compensation test.
(7) The measured data is accurate and the salt density resolution is accurate to 0.0001 bit.
(8) With automatic verification function. Automatic calibration after startup to improve measurement accuracy.
(9) Use standard menu operation. The operation is simple and easy to learn and easy to use.
(10) Full range automatic switching. Improve the accuracy when measuring various low salt densities.
(11) English LCD display with backlight. Large-screen English menu.
(12) The conductivity temperature and equivalent salt density of the solution can be measured at the same time.

Measurement accuracy	Salt density: resolution: 0.0001bit accuracy at full scale is better than ±2%
	Temperature: resolution :0.1bit accuracy better than ±0.5℃
	Conductivity: the resolution is 1/1000 of the range and accuracy at full scale is better the ±0.5%
	Note: When testing low-concentration solutions choose electrodes with a small electrode constant K; when testing high-concentration solutions choose electrodes with a large electrode constant K. For detailed selection please refer to the accessories section.
Output display mode	A. The liquid crystal displays the measurement result.
	B. The measurement data can be output directly through the printer.
	C. Upload the test data to the computer through the cable for processing.
