NR7000 Tan Delta Tester is a kind of instrument with high precision fully automatic measuring the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of various high voltage electrical equipment in the power plants and substations. The adoption of frequency conversion technology would ensure the accurate measurement in the interference of strong electric field. The instrument adopts the English menu operation, and the whole process is measured automatically through microcomputer. The instrument is also applied to the measurement of tan delta and capacitance of high voltage electrical equipment in the workshops, laboratories and research institutes.
It could measure non-grounded or grounded high voltage equipment adopting positive and negative connection method. Besides, it can measure the tgδ of capacitive voltage transformer and the capacitance of main capacitor C1and C2.

(2) It can output different levels of high voltage ranging from 0.5KV to 10kV during the test and the operation is simple and safe.
(3) Under the circumstance of oil dielectric loss ≥ 0.01% with oil cup positive wiring can be used to measure the dielectric loss of oil.
(4) The instrument is equipped with the following protection functions:
