The capacitance & inductance tester for capacitor is specially developed for the existing problems when measuring the capacitance value of a single capacitor in a shunt capacitor bank in the substation field. It focuses on solving the following problems:
	(1) To measure a single capacitor on site, the connecting wire needs to be removed, which not only requires a lot of work, but also easily damages the capacitor.
	(2) The low output voltage of the capacitance meter leads to a low failure detection rate.
	(3) Measure the inductance of the reactor.
