NRXZ Series Resonant AC Hipot Test Sets is mainly designed for AC withstand voltage test of primary electrical equipment in substation, such as transformer, GIS system, SF6 switch, cable, bushing and other capacitive equipment. The reactor uses separate design, not only can meet the requirements of high voltage and low current devices, but also meet the test requirements of low voltage and high current devices, with a wide scope, it is an idea withstand voltage equipment for high voltage test department and electrical installation, maintenance engineering units.
Overview
● The instrument has the functions of over-voltage over-current zero-position start-up system detuning (flash-over) sectional voltage output each sectional voltage can be preset test time independently. The instrument adopts 7-inch or 10-inch touchable LCD screen the contactor and circuit breaker of Schneider or ABB. The test data can be real time printed and stored. Its output circuit is equipped with special contactor which can eliminate potential danger ultimately when touch the output line after shutdown.
● The inverter power supply with functions of over-voltage over-current time can be preset at will and standard sin wave output is researched and developed by our company. Considering the unstable voltage of resonant hipot test on site and the inverter power supply can be easily burnt when the voltage is too high our company researched and developed a completely new kind of inverter power supply based on DSP + FPGA platform. The frequency output range of which is 20-350 Hz with faster response of over-voltage protection over-current protection and flash-over protection. Adopting anti-counterattack technology the instrument can release counterattack electromotive force automatic after shutdown. The surge protection of it also adopting our domestic highest four-level surge protection standard.
● Inputting wide range of voltage and frequency 50Hz-60Hz frequency self-adaptive allow our instrument to work reliably both on generator and industrial power supply.
● Here are four operating modes for the instrument with wide frequency modulation output(20~350Hz) which is not only money saved and also reliable for use easy to carry. The working modes are: fully automatic mode manual mode automatic frequency searching mode and online mode.
● Multiple inverter power supplies can be parallel output which allowing different time purchased inverter power supplies paralleled as a big power single power supply to use. There’s no need to purchase extra-large power inverter power supply. This function was pioneered by our company which is money saved for customer.
● One inverter power supply can control up to 9 inverter power supplies output at the same time only need to operate on any one of them the other several need not be guarded. Customer can buy a set of small capacity at first and then buy another one to parallel the power supplies when the capacity is not enough for use. This is more economical and convenient for use.
● The capacity requirement of 110kV and above voltage level cables withstand voltage is relatively large,other companies adopt oil-type reactors which are heavy in weight large in size and low in equipment utilization. Our company pioneered the use of air-core reactors (diameter 800mm height 80mm weight 25kg) in series and parallel to replace the traditional mode. Each air-core reactor is only 25kg which can be series and parallel at will according to the capacity. Just one person can operate disassemble and operate the instrument which solve the problems such as weight and utilization of the instrument. Besides the price is the almost same as the oil type reactor.
● As our dry-type air-core reactor can compatible with 10kV 35kV 110kV 220kV and other voltage levels you can use our dry-type air-core reactors on multiple voltage levels after purchase. One-time purchase can meet several voltage levels uses which is benefit for the user who need to do outdoor test frequently.
